Tech 25 is proud to partner with Qimera Virtual Production to build one of the region's first workforce-focused virtual production training environments. This partnership expands Tech 25's training offerings beyond traditional live event production and into the rapidly growing fields of virtual production, extended reality (XR), augmented reality (AR), and broadcast technology.

As part of this collaboration, Tech 25 has installed a new cyclorama (cyc) wall and is developing a dedicated virtual production studio powered by Qimera's real-time virtual production platform. Built on Unreal Engine, Qimera enables the creation of virtual environments, augmented reality graphics, and immersive broadcast experiences using industry-standard virtual production workflows.

In exchange for serving as a demonstration and training facility, Tech 25 students, instructors, and industry partners will have access to Qimera technology for workforce training, educational programs, product demonstrations, and creative projects. The studio will provide hands-on experience with green screen production, virtual sets, camera tracking, live compositing, Unreal Engine workflows, and emerging broadcast technologies.

Together, Tech 25 and Qimera are creating opportunities for students, educators, content creators, broadcasters, and event professionals to explore the future of media production while helping build a skilled workforce prepared for the next generation of creative technology careers.
