Ashley Czerniewski

Director of Operations

Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Ashley Czerniewski is a director known for her authentic storytelling and sharp creative vision that she brings to campaigns and partners like the Joe Biden 2020 campaign, Kamala Harris 2024 campaign, Condé Nast, Crown Royal, Google, Target, and more. In 2020, she was selected as a fellow of the DGA Commercial Directors Diversity Program, in 2021 she was named one of Business Insider’s 50 rising stars of Madison Avenue who are revolutionizing advertising, and in 2026 she was named one of AdAge’s Creatives to Watch.

From earning her BA in Cinema Production in just 3 years, Ashley sees no barriers, only possibilities as she strives to turn her love for people and passion for filmmaking into honest stories that reflect the world we live in.
