Doors Open: 4:30PM - 6PM for setting up equipment if you plan to share!

Event: 6PM - 9PM

 


Showcase (aka Show & Tell): 7PM - 8:30PM (if you fill out this form arrive by 7PM to present, ideally sooner!)

 


SHOWCASE Instructions

1. Keep your spiel to 3-5 minutes
2. Introduce yourself and your background/connection to Live Video/Visual Performance 3. Bring your computer with an HDMI output - or dongle. If you need a special connection note in the form below.
4. Show a demo reel or video clip showcasing work that you can talk through.
5. We'd love to see photos of your setup!!
6. If you'd like to bring gear to demo, please let us know so we can support you! You can have a whole table to yourself!
