About Tech25

Tech25 is a 501c3 non profit organization operated by 25 Carrick Ave Project.

The Event Technology industry is full of high-paying job opportunities in the region including installation professional, live sound audio engineer, lighting designer, projectionist, digital content creator, and project manager. Outside of 4-year degree college programs at CMU and Point Park, Pittsburgh lacks a facility that can train new technicians in this field at a vocational level.

Tech25 is looking to change this by making event technology education and training more accessible. Whether you are already involved in home recording, live sound, video, or just getting started, Tech25 is ready for you.

Our program provides entry level access into positions that pay living wages for both youth and adults looking for careers in this field.

Dave Bjornson has been orchestrating high-quality corporate and entertainment productions for over twenty years. He splits his time between commercial broadcasting for the NFL, NBA, and is the founder of Hearcorp, 25 Carrick Ave, & Tech25.
